Mimi Color Application - Support
Mimi Color is a paint-by-numbers app for iPhone, iPad, and Android. Use this page to report a problem, ask a question, or send a feature request.
Write in any language. Include the device, the operating system, and the app version from the profile screen, plus a short description of what happened.
Subscriptions
Mimi Color does not store your card or payment details. Apple or Google bills the subscription.
- On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. You can also open Apple subscriptions.
- On Android, open Google Play subscriptions.
- If a purchase does not unlock in the app, open the subscription screen and tap Restore.
A subscription removes ads, opens high-detail paint by numbers, allows up to 25 paintings in progress, and lets you download a finished picture.
Account and progress
You can color the pictures that come with the app without an account. Progress for those pictures stays on the device.
A Mimi Panda account is needed to color a paint by numbers you made on the website, and to keep progress on more than one device. Sign in, open your profile on the website, create a QR code, and scan it in the app.
To delete an account, open Profile in the app and choose Delete account. You can also email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”. The account, coloring progress stored on our servers, and saved preferences are deleted within 30 days.
Common questions
The app shows ads
Ads appear on the free plan. An active subscription turns them off.
A painting I started is missing
Pictures colored without an account stay on that device. Signing in and connecting the Mimi Panda account is what keeps progress available on another phone or tablet.
I need a paint by numbers from my own photo
Create it on the Mimi Panda website, then connect the app to that account. The painting then appears in Mimi Color.
