Mimi Panda originally was created as s free-to-use service but seeing the demand we made a decision to split it into two parts:
Free online converter – “Mimi Panda”
The service is located at https://mimi-panda.com It’s a free-to-use online converter that gives the ability to convert any image into Coloring or Paint by numbers. All the generated images are allowed for non-commercial use only!
Subscription-based service – “Mimi Panda PRO”
The service is located at https://profile.mimi-panda.com Mimi Panda PRO (Mimi Panda Profile) is a subscription-based service that lets users generate High-quality Colorings, Paint by Numbers, and use our unique algorithm for unmixing colors into real paints.
Mimi Panda PRO provides 2 types of subscriptions:
- Personal subscription for non-commercial use only.
- Commercial subscription. Users with this subscription are allowed to resell the generated images (colorings, paint by numbers, etc) without mentioning where the images were generated. It is also allowed to modify and completely change the images if needed.
Every subscription lets generate up to 500 Images (total number of images of any type) at a billing month. If the limit is reached, it’s allowed to resubscribe and start a new billing month immediately.

Mimi Panda services are served online and don’t include physical items. All the generated images (colorings, paint by numbers, etc) are provided as-is and don’t include further improvements/adjustments.
You must have the rights (copyrights, rights to distribute, etc) to the images you convert at Mimi Panda. Please do not convert images that you are not owning because this can cause possible damage to the rights owners. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of our service inappropriately.
At Mimi Panda, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
- If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
- If you have attempted to resolve issues with Support staff, and still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full refund within 14 days of your date of subscription to Mimi Panda Profile if your account meets all these conditions:
- Less than 10 images were converted through the service;
- Less than 4 images were downloaded.
We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
In addition, we offer a refund for the last payment for the subscription renewal if the service hasn’t been used since the last renewal date (0 images were converted and 0 images were downloaded).
We at Mimi Panda and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. More details can be found via Stripe.com at Customer refund processing time.
