Subscription-Based Service
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your subscription date to Mimi Panda Profile,
provided your account meets all of the conditions below:
- Fewer than 10 images were converted using the service; and
- Fewer than 4 images were downloaded.
We’d love to understand what went wrong and how we can improve. If you request a refund directly,
please include details about the issue.
Additionally, we offer a refund of the most recent renewal payment if the service has not been used
since the last renewal date (0 images converted and 0 images downloaded).
Digital Products (e.g., Downloadable Coloring Books)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product
has been downloaded. If you experience any issues or cannot download your purchase, please email
[email protected] and we will work to resolve the problem.
Refund Timing
We and our payment processor submit approved refunds immediately and make every effort to process them as quickly
as possible. Your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to appear on your
bank account or card statement.
